[A]nalysis of five current Microsoft customers found that Dynamics 365 Business
Central enabled these organizations to bolster operational efficiency, avoid costs, and
comfortably scale their deployments with growth while benefitting from the flexibility inherent
in the cloud. An analysis based on a $15-million, 250-employee composite organization
modeled after the five interviewees demonstrates benefits of $466K over three years versus
costs of $178K, adding up to a net present value (NPV) of $288K and an ROI of 162% – Forrester

The quotes above are from Nucleus Research and Forrester studies correspondingly. Both studies focused on ROI (return on investment) over the span of three years. These studies have found that deploying Dynamics 365 platform in general (Nucleus Research) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC), one of its flagship ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems in particular result in positive ROI.

Why does it happen this way? In PSC team’s experience there is a number of ways in which companies benefit from Dynamics 365 deployment. Importantly, besides a positive financial impact, ERP implementation should also have a positive impact on the system efficiency, effectiveness and overall users’ satisfaction. We approach our every implementation with these goals in mind.
